Premier NRVIA Pre-Purchase Inspection with HomeGauge
Post-Season and Pre-Season Maintenance and Inspection
Full Warranty Ending Inspections
A comprehensive 500+ point inspection covering the RV’s major systems, components, roof, exterior, interior, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and critical life-safety items. Clients receive a detailed HomeGauge digital report upwards of 100 pages, complete with photographs, documented findings, and identified deficiencies to help them make an informed purchase decision.
Before storage, after winter, or ahead of a major trip, we inspect the systems most likely to cause problems on the road. This includes tires and inflation, propane leak testing, batteries, plumbing and water systems, roof and exterior seals, appliances, slides, leveling systems, lights, safety equipment, and winterization/de-winterization readiness so problems can be addressed before they interrupt your trip.Â
Don’t wait until after your warranty expires to discover a costly problem. We perform a comprehensive inspection of the RV’s roof, exterior seals, electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, slides, leveling systems, safety equipment, and other major components to identify and document concerns while warranty coverage may still apply. A warranty-ending inspection can help protect the owner from paying out of pocket for issues that could have been addressed before coverage expired.
Mobile Services
Emergency RV Rescue- Slides, Landing Gear, Leveling and Control Board Electrical Diagnosis.
When a slide-out will not extend or retract, leveling jacks will not deploy or return, or landing gear leaves your RV unable to move, the problem can bring a vacation to an immediate stop. Riley RV Solutions provides on-site emergency diagnostic assistance at your campground, campsite, home, or storage location with the goal of safely identifying the failure and, when possible, getting the system operational or secured so your trip can continue, get started, or get you safely home.
Our emergency service is supported by specialized Skill Above RV diagnostic and override equipment designed specifically for modern RV slide, leveling, landing gear, and electronic control systems. This equipment can provide diagnostic and system-access capabilities that many general mobile RV service providers may not carry, allowing us to troubleshoot complex failures beyond basic visual inspection or manual testing.Â
Mobile RV Technical Support
We bring RV technical support directly to your campsite, home, storage facility, or dealership. Services include electrical and battery diagnostics, converter and inverter testing, appliance troubleshooting, HVAC evaluation, plumbing repairs, water heater and furnace diagnosis, lighting and connection issues, and other common RV system problems—helping identify the cause of the problem and determine the appropriate repair without immediately requiring a trip to a service center.
Fluid Analysis with JG Lubricants
Laboratory analysis of engine oil, transmission fluid, generator oil, and coolant provides a look inside critical RV powertrain systems without disassembly. Testing can identify abnormal wear, contamination, fluid degradation, water, soot, viscosity changes, and other early warning signs of mechanical problems—providing valuable information for preventive maintenance and especially for evaluating a used motorhome before purchase. Backed by JG Lubricant Services' extensive heavy-duty transmission and lubricant expertise, fluid analysis adds another level of protection that a standard visual inspection simply cannot provide. Highly recommended for used as well as new RVs
Owner VIP Walkthrough and Education
A personalized, hands-on orientation designed to help new and existing RV owners feel confident operating and maintaining their coach. We walk through electrical and plumbing systems, appliances, HVAC, slides, leveling systems, propane, holding tanks, batteries, safety equipment, hookups, departure procedures, and routine maintenance, while answering questions specific to your RV. This gives owners the practical knowledge to operate their RV safely, avoid common mistakes, recognize developing problems, and enjoy their RV with confidence.
